   It has been our experience through the years that Art can break all           barriers and  touch all levels, no mather what  socio-economic or           cultural background people share.

   The next millennium will be of great impact for the Art World and             for the population in general.  Without art their is no culture and               without culture education is not complete.

   We should keep in mind the importance of the art  for year 2000.            Art, is any of its forms, will be art of shaping the personality of our           youth and will create a barrier that will not permite them to acquire           vices and ways of living outside the parameters of family life.
